Some of the patches in our collection are best described as being 'interesting'. They are interesting in the sense that their messages can mean any number of things, depending on your viewpoint. The This Ain't My Fucking Hat patch is one such piece. What does it mean? Why would you wear it? There are so many questions that can only be answered by the person brave enough to put this patch on a piece of clothing.
The most logical place to mount this patch seems to be a baseball cap or some other piece of head gear. Maybe you're into the knit hat, like the beanies all the young people are wearing year round. You probably couldn't iron it to a knit hat, but you could sew it on.
The bigger question is this: if it's not your hat, whose hat is it? And while we're at it, why are you wearing someone else's hat? What we have here is a can of worms just waiting to be opened. But that's half the fun of wearing embroidered biker patches with funny messages. You get to mess with people by throwing ideas at them they have to really stop and think about.
As with so many of our smaller, funny patches, this one is a rectangle measuring just 4 x 1.5 inches. It is the typical white-on-black design meant for easy reading. A solid black border is perfect for hiding the thread you're going to use to sew this patch to your clothing. A nice tight stitch all the way around will keep it in place forever.
Whose hat is it? Only you know the answer to that question. The rest of us only know that it doesn't belong to you. At least that's what you want us to believe.
